Affirmation Reflections-I Live as an Example to Others

I am a loving, caring being. I live to create inspiration for others, so they can follow in my footsteps. The world could always use more role models! Although it may seem like an insurmountable task, I love the idea of living my life as an example to others. As I go about my day, I ask myself what I can do to set a great example. Rather than wait for someone to follow, I lead others by performing positive, effective behaviors that they can emulate. I seize each moment of the day and look for ways to positively influence others. I pay attention to the moments where I can help bridge peace and harmony where there is discord. I greet a stranger. I speak a kind word to my neighbor. I include, rather than exclude, my co-workers. Today, I choose to be a leader, rather than a follower. I take inspiration from all the great leaders that I have known or read about and are inspired by. I use these ideas as my own code by which I live. I greet the world humbly and know that others benefit from my example.
